Künefeci Esat, founded in 1970 by Esat Yıldızoğlu, is a brand that has managed to carry the traditional flavors of Hatay cuisine to the present day. For more than 50 years, it has been serving a wide range of customers both in Turkey and abroad by producing frozen kunefe and kadayif.
This flavor story, which started under the leadership of our founder Esat Yıldızoğlu, is successfully continued today by his children as the 2nd generation. Each ingredient used in the production of kunefe and kadayif is carefully selected and prepared with hygienic and high quality production processes. Combining the traditional flavor of the past with modern production techniques in every bite, Künefeci Esat continues to offer unique tastes to the tables by always prioritizing customer satisfaction.
